Bubor Cha Cha is truly a unique dish of its own. The sweetness of the dessert together with the yams, sweet potatoes all compliment each other very well. Personally, I like it hot or warm as it runs very well down your throat, just like warm honey,

  • 2-3 large bananas ( cut into slices )

2 Put 1/2 cup of flour aside for use later.Mix the allum to the remaining 1/2 cup of flour.

2 Add the boiling water and stir to form a dough.

3 Flour a board and knead the dough till smooth. Divide into 2 portions and knead a different colour into each portion.

4 With floured hands, form into a long thin strip and cut into small pieces.

5 Bring a pan of water to the boil and then drop in the starch balls. Cook till they rise to the top.

6 Drain and run tap water over them. Drain Well.
