Heavenly Chocolate Pudding is a great way to end any Western dinner. The sweetness of the pudding melts in the mouth and it is a favourite amongst the kids! |

- 1 cup caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 100 grams unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions |

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir in milk and chocolate. |

Cook, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture thickens. Remove from heat and stir in egg yolks. |

Return to heat and cook 3 minutes more. Remove from heat and stir in butter and vanilla. Place in refrigerator until mixture starts to thicken. Serve cold. |
