"A hearty light snack that fills the stomach and causes you to yearn for more."- MUM. Well, that's my mum. I was told to whip up something for dinner and i wanted to do fried noodles, but guess what we ran out of noodles, all except Angel Hair Spaghetti. I tried and seemingly i succeeded. Give it a try then, its one of the simplest recipes created. |

- 1 handful of Angel Hair Spaghetti
- 3 Small red chillies or chilli padi - cut
- 4 prawns
- 150g Chinese cabbage or equivalent, chopped finely
- Vegetarian Oyster Sauce or equivalent
- 1 onion - diced
- 2 eggs for omellette
- 2 tablespoons dried radish or cai poh

- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 2 dashes White Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 1/2 tablespoon kechap manis or sweet dark sauce

Cook the Angel Hair's Spaghetti in a pot of boiling water. While boiling, add a sprinkle of salt to the water. Once cooked, set aside the spaghetti in a bowl of ice cold water.
At the same time, prepare the omellete. Beat the two eggs in a bowl and add a pinch of salt to it. Next, add about 1 tablespoon of the dried radish to the mix. Heat oil in pan and stir fry the remainding dried radish till slightly fragrant and not burnt. Quickly add the egg mix and leave to cook on one side. Flip over and cook the other side. Once done, set aside and cut into strips. |

Heat oil in pan. Stir fry the onions and cut chillies together till fragrant. Add in the cabbage and cook it till it is soft. Next, add about 1 - 1 1/2 tablespoons of Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, the peppers and the Kechap Manis. |

Add the prawns and stir fry till the prawns are red. |

Lastly, add in the spaghetti and mix it well with ingredients in the pan. Stir fry for another minute or so. Sprinkle some salt on the mixture. |

Serve hot with omellete slices on the noodles. |
