This is another of my personal recipes. I was experimenting with french fries in the kitchen one day as i was looking for the ultimate taste. So, i thought of the fad at that time where you place spices and fries in a bag and shake them all up. Well, that is the basic concept in which i drew up this wonderful recipe. Try it yourself! |

- 5 large Russet potatoes, cut into desired shapes

Spices |
- 1 tablespoon of grounded black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of grounded white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sugar ( preferrably fine caster sugar )

Directions |

Deep fry the cut potatoes till golden brown. |

Place the fried potatoes on a paper towel to absorb any remaining oil. Place the fried potatoes into a large paper bag or plastic bag. |

Dash in the peppers, salt and sugar. SHAKE well !!!! Serve. |

Cook's Tip |
| |
If you're cutting up potatoes in advance, always cover them with cold water to prevent them from browning. Pat them dry with paper towels before cooking.
